ÔYOSOY, the POINT Ô method in Thonon-les-Bains
Know yourself, recognise yourself, be yourself.
ÔYOSOY connects what already exists but remains scattered: scientific knowledge, the experience of the body and self-awareness.

Emily Groppi
Founder of ÔYOSOY and author of the POINT Ô method
Her path led her to explore many disciplines to understand how human beings work, wear out and recover: health, philosophy, psychology, emotional regulation, body practices, breathing techniques, sensory approaches. ÔYOSOY was born from the wish to connect this knowledge and make it accessible.
“I had to walk the path of suffering to understand, grow, train and create an approach that is useful and can be passed on to as many people as possible.”
The POINT Ô, the seat of the self
You can feel it when you stop rushing and are simply here, present, available to yourself. The method teaches you to return to it at will, through three connected dimensions.
- The body
- Posture, breathing, grounding, mobility, recovery.
- The mind
- Attention, observation, discernment. Learning to observe and let go.
- The emotions
- Recognise, welcome, express, regulate. What isn't expressed leaves its mark.
What we guarantee, and what we don't claim to do
- A clearly non-medical settingWe make no diagnosis and provide no treatment. We work on prevention, education and autonomy, alongside medical care, never instead of it.
- No promise of resultsWe describe what an experience lets you explore, not what it would cure.
- Qualified, insured practitionersEvery facilitator, instructor and practitioner shares the same method, the same stance and the same ethical framework.
- Respect for your pace and free willNo miracle solution and no pressure. You choose what suits you, and you have a lifetime to explore it.
